Candidate Requirements:
- AACI candidate member
- Must have fulfilled or is set to fulfill the requirements for candidacy to the AACI

Graduates of the Urban Economics/Real Estate Program from the Sauder School of Business(Faculty of Commerce University of British Columbia) or an equivalent Real Estate program from an accredited University / College
- Applicants with experience with Seniors Housing appraisals have an advantage.
